Dj Courses In West London
We see DJing as an art form, a means of self-expression and a way to connect more deeply with ourselves and other music lovers. This is why we are passionate about teaching our clients to master the decks like any other musical instrument and beat-match by ear. It takes time, dedication and patience, but it is fun and incredibly rewarding.
Our DJing courses (CDJ and Vinyl) - are suitable for beginners looking to take their love for electronic music to the next level or more experienced DJs wanting to develop or refine their skills.
Each DJ lesson lasts two hours and is one-to-one with a professional instructor, ensuring you can go at your own pace and have tailored support.
DJ Lessons are available 7 days per week up to 11pm and are on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Our DJ Courses:
Full DJ Course (Pay-as-you-go)
Full DJ Course provides a well-rounded insight and expertise needed for beginners to master the skill of DJing.
The course covers and equips the clients with technical skills, musical knowledge, and performance techniques such as beat matching, mixing techniques, harmonic mixing, looping, and application of effects for creative expression. The second part of the course delves into chosen genre exploration to enable the client to build sets while nurturing curiosity and creativity.
At the end of the course, the client can choose to record a mix.
Our full course lasts approximately 12 sessions and will prepare you to perform in front of a crowd.
Time: 24 hrs | Price: £35/h
Each 2 hour session costs £70, except for the first session when we ask for a £140 payment which covers your first and last sessions. When you come to the end of your course, your final session will already be paid for or if you decide to stop earlier, then £60 will be refunded to you.
Custom DJ Course (Pay-as-you-go)
If you already have experience behind the decks but are looking to refine or up-skill, then our courses can be tailored to your needs. Whether utilising the many functions of the CDJs including hot cues and loops, or guidance with building a set and recording a mix, our instructors are here to help.
If you want to make the transition from bedroom DJ to performing - or from using controllers and laptops (Traktor/Serato) to industry standard Pioneer CDJs or turntables, our instructors will work to understand your goals and plan your sessions accordingly.
Before starting a course, we’ll ask you to come in for a free introduction session with an instructor, where you can discuss your goals and a plan for reaching them.
